My fascination for stories and storytelling started in early childhood when I endlessly listened to audio recordings of popular (German) fairytales. I could spend hours walking through dark forests with Little Red Riding Hood, fall down wells to visit Mother Holle, or dance the night away with Cinderella without the need of company. They were my childhood heroes, and my infatuation of the fairytale led quite organically to Greek, Roman and Egyptian mythology and my greatest love, Celtic myths and fairytales. 

I am endlessly curious about the world and have a knack of structuring ideas into one cohesive whole. My imagination is limitless like the magic of those tales from which I draw creative sustenance. Born in Germany where I studied architecture, I have lived and worked in the UK for a number of years before relocating to the Netherlands in 2001. pixel pakhuys was founded in 2009 and I have been successfully telling stories ever since.
